Why “Basic” Content Syndication Is the New Bottom Line – And Why It’s No Longer Enough https://syndigo.com/blog/smarter-product-syndication/ Mon, 14 Apr 2025 11:20:00 +0000 https://syndigo.com/?p=70414 Big retailers like Amazon and Walmart have reshaped e-commerce, setting the bar high for product content, speed, and personalization (WSJ). Big retailers and marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart have reshaped e-commerce, setting the bar high for product content, speed, and personalization (WSJ). They’ve made fast shipping the norm, prioritized rich product pages with enhanced content, and leveraged AI to fine-tune recommendations. As a result, consumers now expect detailed, high-quality product information, immersive media like 360-degree images and videos, and real-time availability updates before making a purchase.

In this environment—where digital expectations are growing just as fast as supply chain pressures—simply getting content out the door isn’t enough. Many brands have built their syndication approach around distributing core product specs across key channels. It’s a foundational step, but one that now functions more like a baseline than a differentiator.

ecommerce

The Limitations of Basic Product Content Syndication

Relying solely on basic content syndication can lead to several challenges:

  • Missed sales opportunities: Basic syndication tends to lead to inaccurate or inconsistent content, and it can cause brands to lose out on Buy Box wins, be delisted, or fall behind competitors who better optimize their product data.
  • Reduced shopper engagement and conversion: Basic listings without rich media (like lifestyle images, videos, or enhanced descriptions) might fail to capture attention and often lead to lower conversion rates.
  • Poor product discoverability: Incomplete or inconsistent product content can result in lower rankings – or no visibility at all – on digital shelves.
  • Lack of performance insights: Without integrated Analytics, brands can’t measure content effectiveness with basic syndication solely or make informed improvements to stay competitive.

From Gaps to Growth: How Integrated PXM Bridges the Digital Shelf Divide

When basic content syndication falls short, brands need a more strategic, connected approach to stand out and meet the demands of today’s customers and markets. That’s where Product Experience Management (PXM) comes in. By unifying product information, enhanced content, and performance analytics, an integrated PXM solution empowers brands to create consistent, optimized product experiences across every channel—and drive measurable results.

Product Information Management (PIM): A Central Repository for All Product Information

A robust PIM system serves as a central repository for all product information, streamlining the management and distribution of content across various channels:

  • Centralized Content Management: PIM systems consolidate product data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Efficient Content Updates: With PIM, updates to product information can be made in one place and automatically syndicated to all channels, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring timely dissemination.
  • Enhanced Collaboration: PIM facilitates collaboration among teams, allowing for seamless content creation, review, and approval processes.

Enhanced Content: Crafting Immersive Shopping Experiences

Enhanced Content refers to the use of rich media elements in content that’s syndicated to retailers – such as lifestyle images, videos, hotspots, and detailed descriptions – to create engaging and informative product pages. These elements not only capture consumer attention but also provide a deeper understanding of the product, leading to:

  • Increased engagement. Interactive and visually appealing content keeps shoppers on product pages longer, increasing the likelihood of purchase.
  • Improved conversion rates. By addressing potential questions and showcasing products effectively, enhanced content leads to higher add-to-cart rates and lower return rates.
  • Brand differentiation. Rich media helps brands stand out in a crowded marketplace, conveying quality and professionalism.
Product Experience Management

Analytics: Gaining Actionable Insights

Analytics involves collecting and analyzing data on how products perform across various online platforms. Key benefits of a comprehensive suite of Analytics include:

  • Real-time performance monitoring. Brands can actively track product availability, pricing, buy box statues, and customer reviews, allowing for swift responses to market changes and maintaining a competitive position.
  • Enhanced content optimization. By analyzing how content impacts consumer engagement, brands can refine product descriptions, images, and other media to boost conversion rates.
  • Competitor benchmarking. Understanding competitors’ strategies enables brands to identify opportunities and threats, informing proactive adjustments to marketing and sales approaches.
  • Improved inventory management. Monitoring stock levels across retailers help prevent stockout situations, ensuring product availability and maximizing sales opportunities.

Final Thoughts: Elevate from Basic to Best-in-Class

Basic content syndication might get your products online—but it won’t keep you competitive.

From automating content delivery to analyzing performance and aligning with retailer standards, Syndigo’s Product Experience Cloud gives you the tools to do it all—at scale.

Enhancing Digital Presence: The Every Man Jack Journey with Syndigo

Every Man Jack

Every Man Jack has emerged as a leader in men’s grooming by committing to natural ingredients and eco-friendly practices.  In order to maintain and scale their success, they needed innovative solutions to overcome and adapt to the mercurial digital marketplace.

Enhanced Content

Challenges Before Syndigo

Before partnering with Syndigo, Every Man Jack faced significant hurdles in adapting to the fast-paced changes of e-commerce. Eric Pascual, Digital Content Manager at Every Man Jack, identified a critical gap in their Product Information Management (PIM) system that made it difficult to distribute content to key retailers effectively. This limitation hindered their ability to meet the go-live deadlines and manage product data efficiently.

Additionally, Eric Pascual and the Omni team face the challenge of ensuring that all content is distributed to each retailer in full compliance with each unique set requirements and regulations for content at every endpoint.

“I’ve seen all the rules and requirements that retailers keep rolling out to brands and manufacturers, and it has made it hard to scale and keep up with these requirements without the right technology, “said Eric Pascual.

Product Information Management

Transformation with Syndigo

The partnership with Syndigo marked a turning point.

“The integration with Syndigo was seamless and transformative, enhancing our digital footprint significantly,” said Eric Pascual. Syndigo filled the Product Information Management (PIM) gap by providing Every Man Jack access to a Marketplace Network and Grocery Panel retail coverage, which allowed immediate content distribution to crucial grocery retailers. This integration streamlined their processes by consolidating all content management into a single, user-friendly platform. Syndigo’s robust system did the heavy lifting, ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all channels. This not only enhanced their reach within the industry but also significantly reduced manual effort, allowing the team to focus on strategic initiatives and growth.

Syndigo’s solutions brought several eye-catching improvements:

  • Content Enhancement: Syndigo’s Enhanced Content allowed for richer, more detailed product descriptions and high-quality images, which significantly improved user engagement and product visibility.
Enhanced Content
  • Insightful Analytics: Syndigo provided powerful analytics on important metrics like views, time on page, click on rate, etc., that helped Every Man Jack understand customer behaviors and preferences, leading to more targeted and effective marketing strategies.
  • Expanded Reach: Through Syndigo’s extensive network, Every Man Jack could reach a broader audience, increasing their market penetration, brand awareness and fostering a healthy relationship with retailers.
  • Exceptional Customer Support: The Syndigo support team played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement.  “The support team at Syndigo deserves a special mention,” said Eric Pascual “They were prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was troubleshooting an issue or providing additional training, they have consistently gone above and beyond to help us.”
Every Man Jack

Future Initiatives and Continued Partnership

Looking forward, Every Man Jack is excited about the potential for further growth and innovation in partnership with Syndigo. “There’s a ton of technology out there like Syndigo, which helps contribute to our digital initiative and staying up to date with all the latest trends and consumer insight to gain a competitive edge on the market,” said Eric Pascual.

DR.SCHNELL

About DR.SCHNELL

DR.SCHNELL is a leading manufacturer of high-quality professional cleaning products used in various sectors such as building cleaning, gastronomy, textile hygiene, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, and industrial operations. The Munich-based traditional company, now in its seventh generation, employs almost 500 people throughout the DR.SCHNELL Group and is operating across Europe.

The successful deployment of Syndigo’s syndication solution at DR.SCHNELL was enabled by several key factors:

  • Dedicated Data Integration Team: The core team from Syndigo played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and effective integration process.
  • Agile Methodology: An agile approach allowed for quick adjustments and improvements, ensuring the project stayed on track.
  • Regular Status Meetings: Frequent updates ensured that all parties were informed and coordinated throughout the implementation.
  • Prompt Feedback: Quick responses to issues allowed for immediate resolution and minimized disruptions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ongoing development of the Syndigo application ensured that the solution remained of high quality and effectiveness.
About DR.SCHNELL

The Path to Clean Data

Before the implementation of Syndigo, DR.SCHNELL faced significant challenges in maintaining and distributing its item data to various customers. The process was predominantly manual, error-prone, and not scalable. The time required to maintain the various data pools was substantial or sometimes no longer feasible, and the number of available data fields was limited. Therefore, providing up-to-date data could no longer be guaranteed. Additionally, there were a variety of different exchange formats for the item master data, depending on customer requirements. All these factors ultimately affected operational efficiency of the family business.

By implementing an API interface from Syndigo, DR.SCHNELL was able to effectively address these challenges. The integration of the API interface allows for automated and continuous data synchronization of the product master data, which can now be easily transmitted to various partners and platforms.

DR.SCHNELL chose Syndigo because of the powerful and flexible API interface. The ability to transfer data directly from the existing PIM system to the Syndigo platform and from there to publish to the entire GDSN market was a decisive advantage.

The support during the implementation by the experienced Syndigo team ensured that all processes ran smoothly and efficiently. Immediate validation of GS1 rules allows data to be published without delay and infinitely scalable.

The company is now able to enter new markets by meeting global standards. Scalability and efficiency have thus been significantly improved. With Syndigo’s syndication solution, the DR.SCHNELL team now has a new efficient approach to optimizing the syndication of its product data.

data management

Clean Product Data is the Key to Success

DR.SCHNELL has successfully mastered its challenges in the area of product data management in Germany by implementing the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) in partnership with Syndigo.

The project focused on aligning product data with GDSN standards and German regulations and included over 700 attributes. A key component was the use of a GDSN data pool, which centralized and automated data exchange, thus ensuring accurate synchronization. The technical team of the Munich-based family business received specialized API training for effective data mapping and integration.

After thorough testing, the system went live and syndicated over 1,000 products – including to the German retailer EDEKA. The successful implementation improved data accuracy, shortened time-to-market, and strengthened relationships with trade partners. The project transformed DR.SCHNELL’s data management and positions it for future growth and potential market expansion.

Julia Eberlein

With Syndigo, we have found a reliable and strong partner with whom we can publish our entire item master data at the push of a button in GDSN.

With the modern API interface, we can release daily changes to the master data pool automatically without manual effort. The validation rules additionally help us to bring our item master data to a new level of quality. This also supports the Dr. Schnell vision of quality and service for our customers and trade partners in all economic sectors. Our efforts have resulted in a 40% reduction in the time and labor required for data maintenance, empowering us to deliver higher quality and service efficiency.

The Results are Brilliant

Through the collaboration with Syndigo, DR.SCHNELL was able to achieve several important goals:

  • Timely data provision: Product master data is now available daily.
  • Reduced manual effort: The time and labor required for data maintenance has been reduced by 40%.
  • Improved data quality: The global quality of the master data has been significantly increased.
  • Immediate error detection: Errors are now immediately detected thanks to the validation rules and can be corrected promptly. The Syndigo Dashboard is a helpful tool in this regard.
Syndigo Data Management

Conclusion

Through the partnership with Syndigo, DR.SCHNELL has successfully optimized the syndication of item data. This led to improved operational efficiency, reduced error rates, and faster time-to-market for their products. Syndigo’s cloud-native platform supports manufacturers, brands, and trade by enabling the continuous flow of data and content throughout the entire trade ecosystem with an end-to-end solution for MDM, PIM, PXM, Syndication, and Digital Shelf Analytics.

The optimized processes have not only strengthened DR.SCHNELL’s internal capabilities but have also enabled the company to confidently expand into new markets.

Unilever North America Creates Unified Product Journey with Syndigo

Unilever North America

In the competitive consumer goods landscape, staying ahead means more than just delivering exceptional products. It means ensuring consistent and strong control over the quality of product data throughout a company’s ecosystem, as well as seamless distribution of the same across all relevant recipient channels. Unilever North America (Unilever NA), part of the British multinational brand, has taken the challenge to heart and restitched their content operations practices to deliver comprehensive product information across categories…and across retailers.

Unilever is a vast enterprise that oversees many fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands. One of the world’s largest manufacturers, their products are used by over 3.4 billion customers in 190+ countries. Unilever NA caters to the largest Unilever market globally, and to do so, they rely heavily on the syndication of their product information to their trading partners, ensuring that their product information flows effortlessly for each of the products they sell.

product content syndication

Challenges with product content syndication

As Unilever NA focused on improving their content syndication strategy, they identified key improvement opportunities:

1. Vendor rationalization: As they evolved their e-commerce footprint, Unilever NA engaged with multiple vendors, including Syndigo, to manage their product content syndication across trading partner platforms. While each vendor choice was made to fulfill a specific need, over time it introduced additional complexity in managing product data at scale, especially as retailers grew their e-commerce presence.

2. Centralized retail requirements and operations: Unilever NA must adhere to multiple retailer mandatories at scale. The inconsistency in data hierarchies across retailers requires a significant level of product information transformation to adhere to each partner’s dynamic taxonomies. This complexity challenged Unilever NA to develop enterprise-class capabilities to efficiently deliver on the variety of retail requirements and performance metrics. Simplifying PIM deployment operations was a key objective to drive data transparency across source systems and reduce manual interventions across the ecosystem.

3. Data quality and completeness: Managing accurate product data for thousands of SKUs across 60+ brands in North America and Canada had become a resource-intensive endeavor. Out of necessity, Unilever’s retail content specialists often addressed product data requirements in the specific retailer portal landing zones. This often led to the root cause—upstream data quality issues—remaining unresolved, leading to frequent re-work and reactive workflows.

With the help of Syndigo, Unilever NA has enhanced their product experience management while increasing the scalability of their operations.

Overhauling syndication strategy

Jim Keyt, Head of Marketing Technology for Unilever, recognized the potential to operate more efficiently while adding to the capabilities his users could access. “We wanted to scale, consolidate, and raise the floor on our approach,” he said. By consolidating their tech stack and streamlining their users’ workflows, they could become more effective in their product content distribution, while ensuring better data quality without having to engage multiple systems.

Unilever NA can operate with a more intentional and systematic approach to managing product data, transforming their operations from reactive to proactive and strategic with the help of Syndigo.

Unilever NA has been able to establish a foundation that doesn’t just address their immediate pain points; it provided a means to enable significant future process improvements:

  • Superior data governance: Consolidated data management including transparent and manageable business rules.
  • Proactive Implementation: Orchestrated a faster and more efficient data migration process by employing a parallel approach during implementation which ensured business continuity and a time to value within months.
  • Internal Competency & Actionable Insights: Developed internal expertise for managing retailer content, reducing reliance on external partners.

Now, Unilever NA can operate with a more intentional and systematic approach to managing product data, transforming their operations from reactive to proactive and strategic. With superior data governance, quick and efficient data migration, and strengthened internal competency, Unilever NA addressed their immediate challenges and created better processes driven by actionable insights. This comprehensive approach reduced reliance on external partners and empowered Unilever NA to accelerate their business with proactive, strategic capabilities for sustained operational excellence and enhanced market impact.

  • Consolidation: A decrease in the number of systems required. More streamlined teams and processes mean increased efficiency overall.
  • Enhanced Product Experience Management: Data quality insights significantly improved content quality, completeness, and efficiency in delivering data to retailers.
  • Process Maturity & Increased Scalability: With the new efficiencies, content managers are now empowered to be more systematic and strategic. They can now spend more time focusing on winning the digital shelf.
Syndigo - Unilever

Beyond the technical capabilities the partnership has established, Unilever NA was highly satisfied with the implementation experience as well. The combined efforts of Syndigo and their mutual partner, Accenture ensured a smooth transition, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to excellence every step of the way.

The implementation of Syndigo’s PXM solution meant that Unilever NA could unlock the potential of their product information across their trading partner ecosystem, enabling a more effective pathway to the physical and digital shelf. This integrated approach streamlined operations and accelerated time to value, enabling Unilever NA to realize material internal and external facing benefits.

Moving toward a more efficient and effective future

With their partnership with Syndigo, Unilever NA not only resolved their initial pain points, but they have also positioned themselves for sustained success in an ever-evolving marketplace. With confidence in their current capabilities, Unilever NA is poised to lead the way in delivering exceptional consumer experiences worldwide.

It’s about transforming what might be thought of as a basic wardrobe staple into quality crafted apparel that aligns with consumers’ values and lifestyles.

Comparison charts and other Fit Guide information help buyers with key detailed information that effectively captures the differences across each style, along with size details, so customers have accurate information to make the best decisions.

Randa Accessories aims to help customers complete their “look” with belts, small leather goods, neckwear, and seasonal accessories by integrating and enhancing the brand identity of well-known names such as Levi’s, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, and Tommy Hilfiger. As a licensee of these brands, the focus is on ensuring that customers recognize the accessories as part of a cohesive fashion experience.

The marketing strategy revolves around utilizing the assets of these brands to seamlessly tie in the accessories, making it clear that these are not standalone items but integral components of the overall brand presentation. This approach solidifies the accessories’ place within the larger brand narrative, ensuring a unified and complete look for the customer.

Synchronization Obstacles

Before Syndigo, a comprehensive solution for product information and master data management, digital shelf analytics, syndication, and enhanced content, Ypsomed’s management of product information and image data was a significant challenge. Manual updates and fragmented systems led to time-consuming, error-prone processes. Ensuring consistent, up-to-date data across all channels was a constant challenge, causing delays and mistakes. The heavy manual workload also lacked a centralized solution to streamline operations to meet the strict labeling regulations for medical devices across multiple countries and databases, such as EUDAMED, added to the complexity.

To cure these ailments, Ypsomed sought a comprehensive data management and synchronization solution to address these needs. They chose Syndigo to centrally manage product information and seamlessly integrate it with various sales channels and databases specific to medical technology.

A good PIM is made great by a powerful syndication network

A Product Information Management (PIM) system significantly enhances commerce by centralizing, organizing, and optimizing product data across multiple channels. With accurate and consistent product information, businesses can streamline their operations, reduce errors, and improve time-to-market for new products. PIM helps create a seamless shopping experience for customers, fostering trust and increasing sales by ensuring that product details are precise and easily accessible across all touchpoints—whether it’s an online store, marketplace, or brick-and-mortar outlet.

In the fast-paced world of commerce, having a robust Product Information Management (PIM) system is not just a luxury—it’s a necessity.

The impact of PIM becomes even more powerful with effective product content syndication. By distributing high-quality, tailored product content to various sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, social media, and partner websites, businesses can maximize their product visibility and appeal. Syndication ensures that product data is up-to-date and formatted to meet the specific requirements of each channel, boosting customer engagement and improving the chances of converting browsers into buyers. This integration of PIM with content syndication allows brands to maintain a cohesive and consistent product narrative, driving better results in a competitive marketplace.

What sets a great product content syndication solution apart

  • Holistic Ecosystem Approach: Good syndication systems ensure content flows smoothly through the entire ecosystem, not just from suppliers to retailers, but also within physical and digital shelves, optimizing all channels for maximum sales potential. The end result is effective management of your content from creation till it is consumed by the customer everywhere they encounter it.
  • Comprehensive Content Management: A good product content syndication system needs to be able to handle a wide range of content types, including images, digital assets, weights, dimensions, and more, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date for both online and offline sales. Managing this broad range of content and data types ensures sellers can deliver a compelling customer experience that drives immediate sales.
  • Unified Platform for Collaboration: Facilitating cross-department collaboration, breaks down silos and driving efficiency. This unified approach helps achieve a golden product record and streamlines market strategies.
  • Dynamic and Extensive Network: The recipe for success is sometimes both very simple to articulate and very challenging to achieve. Content syndication solutions are their most effective when they give their clients access to a large network of retail endpoints. Each connection adds to the commercial potential of the business and increases topline growth.
  • High Accuracy and Retailer-Specific Formatting: Content syndication solutions need to ensure that content is highly accurate and meets recipients’ requirements from the outset. The system needs to handle complex workflows, strong data management, and retailer-specific formatting, reducing errors and increasing efficiency.

For example, Walmart and Target have different requirements for text fields and choice lists. SUCCESS STORY

An E-Commerce Symphony: How Colgate-Palmolive, Syndigo, and Flywheel Hit the Right Notes

Colgate-Palmolive
Palmolive

Colgate-Palmolive is a global consumer products company headquartered in New York City. Their commitment to sustainability and innovation drives them to create eco-friendly products, reduce waste, and empower communities. But there’s more—a digital transformation is underway. Once rooted in traditional retail, Colgate-Palmolive now collaborates with e-commerce giants. Their bamboo toothbrushes and recyclable packaging embody conscious living, while their online presence embraces the modern era.

Colgate-Palmolive: Orchestrating E-Commerce with Syndigo

In the ever-shifting currents of e-commerce, Colgate-Palmolive found themselves with a dilemma. While the traditional approach of selling in-store remains the bulk of their sales, it was also time to embrace a new strategy and ensure the fine-tuning of both in-store and online success.

Online reviews were becoming a currency of trust for shoppers as they adapted into online shopping. Colgate-Palmolive was looking for a way to serve engaging content efficiently to retailers to ensure their oral and personal care items were represented accurately and consistently across the digital shelves.

“It now feels unnatural to shop in a brick-and-mortar store location and consider buying a new product without reading reviews because e-commerce has trained us to do so,” said Jennifer Rector, Digital Content Assets Manager at Colgate-Palmolive. “Social shopping, online grocery shopping, marketplaces–You can buy anything at any time from your phone.”

With Syndigo Syndication capabilities, the Colgate-Palmolive team turned the page on a more connected approach to e-commerce. Now, the differing configurations of individual retailer back-end systems were no longer a challenge. Without having to distribute content to individual retailers manually, Jennifer and the team can now streamline content distribution and be confident that their products are being consistently represented across online platforms. Efficiency has replaced added work, and Colgate-Palmolive has gained more insight into their online performance.

Other than leveraging Syndigo Syndication capabilities, Colgate-Palmolive has seen a significant conversion rate lift with Syndigo Enhanced Content. By incorporating immersive product storytelling and interactive elements, Colgate-Palmolive experienced a remarkable increase of 13% in shopper engagement and conversion rates.

“Syndigo helps us serve content to the retailers where our oral and personal care items are sold most in an efficient manner. Without the Syndigo platform, we would be scrambling to try to work with each retailer and their back-end systems individually,” said Rector.

Working in Sync: Flywheel and Colgate-Palmolive’s E-Commerce Odyssey

Choosing Syndigo to manage their product content across retail platforms was one piece of Colgate-Palmolive’s strategy to win on the digital shelf – they also looked for a partner to seamlessly integrate Syndigo, into their operations without burdening their existing resources. To accomplish that, they chose the combination of Syndigo and Flywheel capabilities.

The Flywheel Advantage

Flywheel stepped onto the stage, bringing expertise and resources that complemented Syndigo’s platform. To unlock the potential of Colgate-Palmolive’s data, Flywheel enabled the Syndigo platform in a perfect combination of data, content, and efficiency. Like a seasoned conductor, Flywheel orchestrated the project, relieving Colgate-Palmolive teams from the need to ramp up their e-commerce data capabilities while maintaining their existing tech stack. No more fragmented efforts; all SKUs converged, ready for swift dispatch to retailers.

“Flywheel has helped us solve our business issues by taking over the management of our Syndigo account completely. Our sales teams used to individually handle their SKUs in Syndigo, until Flywheel stepped in and took all that work from their plates and centralized all our SKUs to be able to quickly send them to retailers,” said Rector.

Impactful Initiatives

With Flywheel’s support and the Syndigo implementation team, Colgate-Palmolive found the project implementation significantly streamlined. Flywheel’s expertise and tools facilitated smoother integration and execution, making the process even more efficient.

One of the highlights of this partnership is its empowering effect on Colgate-Palmolive’s digital strategy, particularly through the connection of the Kroger API. Previously, it was a challenge for content to seamlessly flow to Kroger without this connection. However, the collaboration between Colgate-Palmolive, Flywheel, and Syndigo overcame this obstacle, enabling content to flow effortlessly. The results? Time saved and headaches averted. Currently, the partnership has deployed more than 220 products through the Kroger API, updating both lifestyle imagery and copy to be live on site within 24-48 hours. Similar publications were also made to Ahold Delhaize USA, Cub Foods, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar and Publix.

Syndigo’s Verification of Market Products (VMP) process was a key accelerator for the program, successfully synchronizing 517 products in Colgate-Palmolive’s active catalog.

“This provides a validated and consistent product record for over 500 SKUs to Syndigo’s grocery panel network of retailers,” said Leighanne White, Senior Solutions Architect at Flywheel.

Voices of Transformation

Flywheel, with its mission to help brands increase their retailer footprint and efficiencies across marketplaces, is a preferred partner to Syndigo. Their relationship with Syndigo ran deep as a dedicated Partner Success Manager. Flywheel’s architects, combined with Syndigo’s platform has sculpted success in e-commerce’s forge.

“We have a strong relationship with the Syndigo team and a dedicated Partner Success Manager for assistance with escalations, support with in-depth product training, and general product feedback and industry discussions. Flywheel clients rely on both the expertise of the Flywheel Architect Team and the Syndigo platform to drive their success in eCommerce.” said Emily Brown, Client Operations Manager at Flywheel.

A Harmonious Future

As e-commerce continues to evolve, Colgate-Palmolive, Syndigo, and Flywheel have found their rhythm. The new reality is a seamless, orchestrated performance where every note—every product detail—is in harmony. Colgate-Palmolive’s products are consistently represented across digital shelves, their content flowing effortlessly to retailers, and their operations running like a well-rehearsed orchestra.

With Syndigo and Flywheel, Colgate-Palmolive can focus on innovation and sustainability, confident that their e-commerce presence is in expert hands. The symphony of e-commerce is no longer a challenge but a harmonious blend of efficiency, accuracy, and growth.
